The organisation of Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland has four divisions.

Service and Support

This department is responsible for organising the Kinderpostzegel Campaign as well as other campaigns. It is also in charge of services and management of Kinderpostzegels’s premises.

Projects and Programmes

This department deals with funding applications from projects throughout the world. The applications are handled by project secretaries, who present the applications to various committees for assessment.

Marketing and Communications

The Kinderpostzegels’s marketing and communications policy is fleshed out in this department, which cooperates closely with the other departments.

Finance

This department has a support role, with responsibility for the finances, human resources.
