Delivery of orders
You have ordered via the webshop
Option 1: you ordered something in the webshop before September 27, 2023 (start of the children's stamp campaign). You will then receive a confirmation of your order by email. You will receive your product(s) from October 10.
Option 2: you ordered something in the webshop after September 27, 2023 (start of the children's stamp campaign). You will then receive a confirmation of your order by email. You will receive your product(s) by post within 3 weeks, but no earlier than October 10.
Please note: if you have opted for a one-time donation, you will not receive any product(s).
You have ordered via the QR code
During the children's stamp campaign, you ordered something from a child at the door by scanning the QR code on the sales folder. Then you have completed your order in our webshop. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You will receive your product(s) by post within 3 weeks (from October 10, 2023).
You have ordered via the paper order form
You ordered something from a child at the door during the children's stamp campaign by completing the order form. Your order will then be processed after the promotional week. Please take into account a slightly longer processing time. You pay in the way you chose: via a one-off direct debit or via a payment request by post (you will receive this separately). You will receive your product(s) no later than November 25, 2023.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered as letterbox mail by PostNL.
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order or return your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reasons. Use the contact form or send an email to info@kinderposttempels.nl. The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
During the cooling-off period you must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used in a manner that is reasonably necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - as far as possible - in the original condition and packaging.
Payment partners MultiSafepay and Buckaroo
If you order something in our webshop, you pay (with iDeal) via our payment partner Multisafepay. Once your bank has processed the payment, you will see the MultiSafepay bank account number (NL17DEUT0265262879) on your statement.
If you have made a donation via our donation page , this amount will be debited via our payment partner Buckaroo. They use the account numbers NL19DEUT0319821366 and NL56DEUT0265186420.
Shipping and handling costs
You do not pay shipping costs for the delivery of online orders from 20 euros. For online orders under 20 euros we charge a contribution of 1 euro in shipping costs. We charge 1 euro processing fee for all orders via a paper order form. This way, as much money as possible goes to our projects for children.
Wrong order
Have you received an incorrect order? Send the products back to: Children's Postage Stamps, Reply Number 10349, 2300 WB Leiden. Provide a brief explanation of what the correct order should have been. Kinderposttempels will then send you the correct order and adjust the invoice.

Obligation
By placing your order you commit to pay for the order. If you do not pay, we may transfer your details and outstanding mail to a collection agency.
