With this policy, we aim to encourage positive behavior, set boundaries, and—if inappropriate behavior does occur within our organization—show where and how you can easily report it. Our code of conduct outlines what we consider important in the conduct of our employees. The code is based on our purpose and the values ​​we uphold at Kinderpostzegels. By signing the employment contract, employees commit to our code of conduct and thus to the values ​​and standards of Kinderpostzegels.

Children's safety is our top priority; we serve as role models in this regard. To ensure the necessary optimal safety of children, Kinderpostzegels has developed a child protection policy , in addition to its code of conduct. This policy must be signed by all employees upon joining the organization and by project partners. Today's children are tomorrow's adults. Integrity violations can never be ruled out. With our integrity policy, we therefore want to keep ourselves constantly on our toes. Are we acting with integrity? Are we doing everything we can to prevent integrity violations and inappropriate behavior? And do we respond appropriately and carefully when we receive a report of a (potential) integrity violation or inappropriate behavior? We have a reporting procedure for these reports.
