Help with school matters
Children who are new to the Netherlands can have a lot of difficulty keeping up at school. Our current education system does not always take into account the challenges this group faces. This puts them at risk of falling behind.
Homeschooling buddies provide extra support. They are experienced Dutch people who help remotely. They can provide support with homework, help to improve Dutch or to make a plan. And very important: together with the parents, we check whether things are going well at school.
