100 Years of Children's Stamps: A Year of Superpowers!

2024 marked our 100th anniversary. Together with everyone in the Netherlands, we committed ourselves to strengthening children's resilience. It began with the launch of the new campaign "Together We Give Children Superpowers" and culminated in the presentation of the Royal designation during our anniversary conference. Of course, much more happened in this special year, from the song "Superpower" we released with Kinderen voor Kinderen NXT to the children's stamp campaign with a special anniversary stamp. To celebrate our 100th anniversary, we organised a special jubilee conference for our partners on 28 November 2024. A substantive programme, focusing on strengthening children's resilience. We look back on a wonderful afternoon, with the highlight being the presentation of the Royal Predicate, awarded by the King's Commissioner, Wouter Kolff:

'The Royal Predicate is a recognition of the extraordinary dedication with which this foundation has been committed to children in vulnerable situations for a century. It is a token of appreciation for all employees, volunteers, schools, and donors who together make the success of Kinderpostzegels possible. But above all, the Royal Predicate is an encouragement. An encouragement to continue, to keep innovating, and to keep fighting for the rights, opportunities, and resilience of children all over the world.'
