Kompas voor de Klas
Kompas voor de Klas helpt scholen bij het kiezen van een interventie die het welbevinden van leerlingen versterkt en bijdraagt aan
Real change is never achieved alone. That's why we work with our partners in an equal and goal-oriented manner. We choose partners who fit our mission and market position, and consciously determine the most suitable role in each collaboration: sometimes initiator, sometimes financier, sometimes implementer, sometimes connector, knowledge partner, or influencer. We collaborate with children, parents and caregivers, schools, social organizations, knowledge institutions, businesses, governments, and foundations – both locally and internationally.
Thanks to the growing number of regular donors, funds, financiers, and support from those who placed their orders during the Children's Stamp Campaign, we have been able to reach hundreds of thousands of children over the years and strengthen dozens of initiatives at home and abroad.
Yet, we're seeing a growing need for help among children. In countries where we operate, the situation is deteriorating, and in the Netherlands, too, we're seeing more and more children falling behind. Our work is therefore more urgent than ever. This requires investments to help more children effectively. We do this with our strong partners in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, West Africa, and South Asia, as a catalyst for "togetherness."

Special recognitions

In November 2024, Kinderpostzegels received the Royal Predicate. This special recognition symbolizes the King's respect, appreciation, and trust. Wouter Kolff, King's Commissioner in South Holland:'We are not only celebrating a century of exceptional dedication to underprivileged children but also a deeply rooted tradition of cooperation, creativity, and social engagement that has strengthened Dutch society.'
Kinderpostzegels (Children's Postage Stamps) was established in 1924 to raise money for disadvantaged children. Since the 1970s, we have also been working abroad.
Since then, Kinderpostzegels has made a huge impact. Here are some examples:

In addition to our project partners, we are affiliated with various collectives and alliances. We have also been a driving force or initiator for various projects and initiatives. Below is an overview.
