How do I report a breach of integrity or undesirable behavior?
Have you experienced undesirable behavior by a Kinderpostzegels employee (such as bullying, discrimination, or sexual harassment)? Have you witnessed a violation of integrity (such as theft, fraud, or violation of law)? Or do you suspect it? And do you feel you can't discuss it with the person involved or with the manager of the employee involved? Then you can report it to our Integrity Reporting Center. You can do this via integrity@kinderpostzegels.nl or in person by making an appointment. The reporting center will keep the identity of the reporter confidential. You will receive a response from the reporting center within a week about how your report will be handled.
Employees can also report incidents through their external confidential counselor. The confidential counselor can then submit an anonymous report to the hotline. Reports can also be submitted through SeeHearSpeakUp , by both employees and external parties.
Our Integrity and Undesirable Behavior Reporting Procedure explains how the reporting center will handle your report. Should further investigation be required, this will be conducted based on the Integrity and Undesirable Behavior Reporting Investigation Protocol .
