For 100 years, Kinderpostzegels has been strengthening children's resilience. But do you know what we do with the funding we receive? We collaborate with dozens of partners in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, West Africa, and Asia. Here, we implement impactful programs that empower every child to reach their full potential.
To support our colleagues in the Service and Information department, we are looking for several:

Who are we?
Kinderpostzegels is the charity organization with and for children. We stand for equal opportunities for every child. Many children are at a disadvantage in life. Due to problems at home, poverty, and loneliness, they can't reach their full potential. Kinderpostzegels exists for these children. Because every child deserves equal opportunities. We provide impactful programs that strengthen children's resilience, both near and far. And within which children think, act, and participate in decision-making for themselves. This is how Kinderpostzegels makes a difference with and for children 365 days a year.
What are you going to do?
Every year, we organize the Children's Stamp Campaign, where children go door-to-door at the end of September to sell Kinderpostzegels and other products or collect donations. During and after the campaign, we have a lot of contact with schools, children, customers, and donors. Therefore, we need temporary reinforcement for our team from September through December. Together with your colleagues in the Service and Information team, you will be responsible for managing the administration and maintaining contact with our target groups through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
In addition:
- Do you answer general and specific questions, requests, comments, and complaints professionally, including by telephone and email, in accordance with the established quality guidelines?
- Process your notifications, mail and changes to data, orders, commitments or bookings in our systems/databases;
- Process your payments in the designated systems and arrange any refunds to customers and donors.
What makes you the perfect match?
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
- You have some administrative work experience where you had contact with customers;
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills;
- You are careful and customer-oriented;
- You are available 3 to 4 days a week during office hours from September to December.
